Cosmic Engineering GmbH is an Austrian Factory, composed of several people, specialized on special machines and sewer rehabilitation since the beginning of the 90ties.
The TopHat system tackles the challenge of sewer rehabilitation with a fine-tuned approach that unites repair robots, applications, operations and the appropriate rehabilitation method in a single system available from a globally active supplier. The system uses automated robots to find, inspect, mill and clean damaged sewer pipes and laterals and then repair them using a patented glass fibre laminate insert and short liner to perform the repair. Cosmic developed a cap profile technique with UV-light curing and is worldwide Market leader with the Hat Profiles with more than 150.000 installed Hats.
