Cosmic UV QS is 1,25 meter (4 ft) long and it is the fastest sectional liner system for the main pipe.
With a manual drawn applicator and a disposed GFK-laminate, damaged spots like longitudinal cracks, sockets and displaced material in the master pipe, can be repaired.
The working range is from diameter DN150 to 600 mm. UV light cured in a „flash“ – 10 minutes.
The material will be impregnated in 35m rolls and delivered as Prepeg. Down to the diameter, the laminate length will be cut. So you only need one type of material for each diameter.
